With the assistance of the Government Affairs Director (GAD), the Government Relations Committee (GRC) at the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS® has established a set of 2009 goals, which include the following:
(a) to identify legislative priorities and focus on those issues through study and action;
(b) pledge to monitor legislative issues and to engage in lobbying efforts to represent the interests of the SBAOR;
(c) provide timely recommendations to the Board of Directors and membership on changing land use and political issues 2009 Meeting Schedule
