SBAOR Member Dues & Fees

As a Member of SBAOR, you are invoiced for two different items:

Annual REALTOR^® Membership Dues
In order to avoid, late fees, suspension or termination of membership, payments should be received by the deadlines indicated in our correspondence to you.  Annual dues are NOT automatically deducted from your credit card.  Dues payments are non-refundable.

EXPLANATION OF VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS

Semi-annual MLS fees
MLS invoices are mailed in December and again in June.  Invoices are available online as well and may be paid by Visa, Master Card or American Express.  Payments may also be made in person at the Association Office with Visa, Master Card, American Express or check.  Save time and money when you sign up for the Auto Payment Option.  You can conveniently have your MLS fees automatically debited from your Visa, Master Card or American Express account.  Download, complete, sign and bring the Fees Auto Pay Form to the Association office.  For security reasons we do not take this information over the phone.

Click here to log on to our Member Services.  On the next screen you will log on using your sbr.MLS ID#.  The default password is sbmls if you haven't changed it.  We recommend that you change your password immediately after logging in the first time by clicking on "Personal Information."

SBAOR Member Services on-line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week!

Once logged into SBAOR - IMS, you can...

• View, print, and/or pay invoices on line.  Just click on "Your Account SBML."  Pay on our secure server using Visa, Master Card or American Express.
• Change your phone and/or email information.  Click on "Personal Information" to add or change your email and primary phone number that appears on the MLS system, including your listings.  Once you make a change, the MLS system gets automatically updated the following day (except changes that are made on Saturday and Sunday; those changes will be updated Monday night).
• Brokers, see who in your office has unpaid invoices.  Click on the "Office Account-Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service."  You can view, print, and/or pay each invoice in your office.
